In this reflection, first I will respond about The meatrix video or food industries and then about our class.

          I really like the video about the food industries. I learned so many things about how the food is made in the firms or in industries that I did not know before. For instance, the firms put all animals together in a big room that they cannot see the sunshine or anything in outside. As a result they get sick in a jam-packed area. The authority of industries give them shots to recover from illness. The employees of those industries are in very serious condition. They have to chase the machine to work fast to process the food  beginning to the last step. Some times employees get their fingers cut and get injured very seriously in the time of  possessing the food. These industries have so many secrets in its fields and they do not want people know these secrets. The reason is if people know these, they may not buy the food. We need to research in this field about how the food is being made in the industries before we consume it. We as a consumer should give priority the family firms in where the animals are taken good care without using any chemicals and these food are fresh.  

          Our class is going good by using good materials such as meatrix, to learn more information, write and practice more. Now everybody is looking forward to take the CAT test and eventually pass it  so every can take their main course related to the major. Especially I need to pass it. At this moment, I hope that I will pass it. I am really appreciated to this class that it is helping me so much to pass The CAT test.

Fast-food is very popular and people eat it a lot. People want to have very  cheap meals outside the home which lead restaurants to sell fast-food in the communities. As a result, the numbers of restaurants like Krispy Kreme, McDonalds are growing more aggressively since last twenty years. When people get off work , they go to McDonalds, located in California, to have meal (super size bacchanal) and including kids also. Restaurants offer sometimes free super size. In addition, kids order cheeseburger, fries plus super size coke. People are eating fat food which is available to have in restaurants. I agree with the author and I believe that people purchase fast-food from outside rather than making food at home which is not good according to my opinion.

            People want to have easy lives, cheap meals with less work. They don’t have time to make food at home on their own. They just easily order food or go to restaurants to buy food which is fat. people  work a lot  to make some money and get rest or sleep at home after finishing their work or job. In home, it takes a lot of time to make food.  People try to save their as much as possible. This is probably one of the reasons that people  go to restaurants to buy food  and not killing a lot of time at home. That’s why restaurants are growing rapidly to make food to satisfy the  people’s needs.

            People are consuming these  food very happily without paying attention whether  it is fat or not. As a result people are getting fat and get tired soon. Then they have to go to gym to exercise to control the body. Especially these fat food are affecting our kids and teenagers. We need to stop this habit and practice vise versa, which is making nice food at home as you want  and all the time not going  to buy fat food from restaurants. If you buy raw goods  from market and make food in home, you will  not only save a lot of money but also you will have healthy food. It is not wasting time making food at home but it is the time that you invest it for your health. We need to believe that health is wealth and we should avoid eating fat food and have a better, controlled and happy  lives.

Meat industries and Dairy firms are very popular around the world. Most of the people are depend on  these industries to buy foods. Some people may not like to buy these type of food instead they may start forming their own firm.  One of the massege of The Meatrix Film is,  as a consumer,  to stop  those industries and dairy firms for the  reasons of very  serious and poor condition and unhealthy environment. I believe that this is almost impossible to stop these industries and firms.

           People love to eat meat, milk, and others food made by industries because they need to survive. These foods are packed in very beautiful package with ingredients written on it. If people like this ingredients and adaptable to their health, they buy those foods. Industries produce the food and present them to the people which is not  easy task. People want easy lives and they buy this ready food and eat  it. If any animal is slaughtered  right in front of the a person, it will change his face and may say how nasty it is. But if he see a piece of that animal meat in a beautiful pakage, he will say wow how nice this meat is. People don’t want to know how that animal is killed in the industries. . If most of the people love something to eat, It is almost impossible and very hard to stop from that.

I am trying to improve my writing skill through this class and I feel I am improving.  I have been writing a lot as this class has been going on.  But I need to practice more and more to improve my writing skills because practice makes people perfect.  Before I start writing, I try to understand the topic or essay first as much as possible. I write  down the ideas then pick up those ideas related to the topic. But I take some time to think and write down the thesis statement, reasons, and evidence.

 At this time, from this class my goal is to take CAT Test and pass it so I can take the main course related to my major which is accounting. Besides writing in computer,  I think we should practice hand writing because it will help us to write fast with nice and neat. It will help us to write fast, nice, and neat in CAT Test. I think we should practice on grammar sometimes because it is important when you write. Some students have very good ideas and strong writing,  but they need to build up their writing by using the grammatical  method.  Mostly, I would rather like to work and to discuss as group and team than individually. For example, we did so much work on the movie “The Matrix” which  was an important part of our class. But we watched it individually and worked on it individually. Some people missed it  for the lack of resource and time. It would have been more effective if we would watch it  in the class as we watched Truman in the class.  I could have built up my essays more effectively but sometimes time did not allow me because I work at overnight and I am full-time student. That's why I misses some work but I will catch it up.I would like to work more closely with teacher and students so I can improve and leave behind my weaknesses.

Respondin: I agree with the author that these reality TV. shows want to reinforde the value of image over ability and education. These TV shows trying to say that the competetion is vety inmportant rather than being educated in the college and being able to do so. They are trying to show your image or face or a product to this world and want them put in people's mind so they cand make money. In my personal opionion, these types of shows need to be stopped and they need to understand first the value of humaity, the value of people and the value of image by having knowledge or education. They need to realize that "Education is the backbone of a nation". Nothing is above the education even neither competition nor just showing the images. If you don't have ability or knowledge of anything, you cannot compete to theis world espesially nowadays. These TV. shows need to help people to be educated of this real world and then compete as a result they cand be happy and make money and it automatically show one's value of image to this world. The 4th paragraph says that the education is not important to fulfill the American dream according to these shows. I totally disagree with these shows and suggest them that they need to think vice versa. That means education is very much necessary to fulfill the American dream.   (NOT YET DONE, TO BE CONTINUED)

BLOG # 10 The blue pill or red pill

In this situation, the red pill would be chosen by me because the truth should be explored and be followed. Eevreybody in this world wants to live in peace and tries to find out the truth. Sometimes it is hard to find the truth  for the reason of  lack of knowledge or information or discouraged by one's or not looking for real truth. Suppose, if red pill is the solution and it makes easy to be in truth, then why not to take red pill and live in truth. I don't want to live in lie which destroys the life and it is very big sin. If I find something that leads me to be in truth and helps me to brighten my life, then why I should take it and live in peace and truth.

ACTUALLY I TRIED TO WATCH MOVIE ON LINE BUT I COULDN'T. BECAUSE COLLEGE IS SO FAR FROM MY HOUSE AND I WORKED NIGHT, I WAS NOT ABLE TO COME TO LIBRART TO WATCH THE MOVIE. BUT I HAVE  SOME LITTLE BIT OF CLUE BECAUSE I READ SOMETHING ABOUT  IT. I JOINED AS A  GROUP ON LAST THURSDAY AND  RESPONDED TO SOME STUDENT AS MUCH IT WAS POSSIBLE FOR ME.  I THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER IF WE WATCH MOVEI IN CLASS  TOGETHER AND  DISCUSSE IT  F2F SO WE CAN WRIT SOMETHING ABOUT IT RIGHT  ON TIME.

MY UNCLIE AND HIS FRIEND ALWAYS WENT OUTSIDE BUT THEY WERE GOOD STUDENT. THE BIG BROTHER OF HIS FRIEND WAS AN EDUCATED PERSON AND A PROFESSOR. NOW HE IS PRINCIPLE OF A COLLEGE AND VERY RESPECTED PERSON IN THE SOCEITY..  ONE DAY I HEARD THE THE PROFESSOR PUNISHED HIS BROTHER (FRIEND OF MY UNCLE)  VERY MUCH.  EVREY BODY WRER SCARED TO TELL HIM ANYTHING.  THEY BOTH GOT SCARED BECAUSE THEY WENT OUTSIDE A LOT, DID NOT STUDY THAT MUCH, DID THINGS WITHOUT TELLING THE PROFESSOR WHICH REFFERED TO DISOBEDEINCE. THE POINT OF VEIW OF THE PROFESSOR WAS THIS WAS THE TIME TO STUDY NOT TO DO ANYTHING ELSE. ACCORDING TO THE PROFESSOR, THEY BOTH WIL HAVE A LOT OF TIME IN THEIR LIVES AFTER FINISHING THEIR STUDY AND THEN THEY WILL BE HAPPY WHICH THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND  NOW.  THEY WERE GROWN PERSON APPROXIMATELY IN 11TH OR 12TH GRADE.  AFTER THAT PUNISHMENT,  THEY STUDIED HARD AND STOPPED TO SEE EACH OTHER. NOW THEY ARE ESTABLISHED, EDUCATED PERSONS, TEACHERS IN PROFESSION AND FURTHER MORE THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS AND THANK TO PROFESSOR. EVEN I LEARNED ENGLISH GRAMMAR FROM MY UNCLE'S FRIEND WHO IS GOOD AT ENGLISH.

I have been trying to improve my writing in this semester. I feel  I am improving that. My goal  from this class is to pass CAT and   take college courses related to my major. I am trying hard eventhough I have over crowded schadule. I work night time and don't sleep in day sometime and take come accounting classes. So I will be workiong hard to improve my life. blog # 5 (summary of allegory of the cave)

This article is about our nature whether it is freethinking, liberal or not.  To know the reality or truth, here are two examples written regarding changing our nature. There are prisoners living in a den whose legs and necks are chained so they are not able move. There is a fire burning behind them and  in between there is a way and a wall along the way. Whenever somebody passes along the wall with various materials, prisones can not see anything but they can see only the shadows which is thrown out by light. They don't know about the reality  and real world. Only that shadows and the images in cave are the reality to them. On the other hand if  those prisoners are released from the den, at first, one of them is released from that cave to this real world; he will suffer pains and will not be adapted immediately to this reality. He will have to grow accustomed to this real world. Gradually, he will be able to see every thing  in this world  and truth or reality. Eventually, last of all the truth, the world of knowledge, truth of the intellectual, source of reason  come  to be known by putting effort and fixing eyes so you can really observe those.

This is every where such as in buses, billboards, stadiums. bank machine. Even when you drive, you will see numerous ads in the fields.

BLOG 2 ANNOTATION

1.  Taking annotation makes a reader understand better about the topics. If you forget something, it will help you to remember and study  on that by looking at note. When I took note in my statistics class, I uderstand better and I got good grade. That written annotation helped me a lot to understand more. Annotation is helpful and useful to a reader.
2.  I thought google helps us very effectively but we put our talent to it. We don't think and focus and we usually copy from its link. So many ADs attached to it make us absent minded because they catch our attention leaving aside our original work.
3. By taking annotation I learned a lot of things. For instance, we can get information from goole so we can expand our knowledge. We can use that info. as a clue to think more. But we should not put our talent into goole and also we should not copy anything from google because it will make our talent dull.
4. Annotation may help people to become a better writer. Some times people forget whatever they read. Annotation  reminds people about the topic so they can stick with it. It also help people to uderstand the thesis statement or main idea. People may have an over all idea about the passage by taking note. That idea may help people to write better about the relevant passage.
