Fast-food is very popular and people eat it a lot. People want to have very cheap meals outside the home which lead restaurants to sell fast-food in the communities. As a result, the numbers of restaurants like Krispy Kreme, McDonalds are growing more aggressively since last twenty years. When people get off work , they go to McDonalds, located in California, to have meal (super size bacchanal) and including kids also. Restaurants offer sometimes free super size. In addition, kids order cheeseburger, fries plus super size coke. People are eating fat food which is available to have in restaurants. I agree with the author and I believe that people purchase fast-food from outside rather than making food at home which is not good according to my opinion.
People want to have easy lives, cheap meals with less work. They don’t have time to make food at home on their own. They just easily order food or go to restaurants to buy food which is fat. people work a lot to make some money and get rest or sleep at home after finishing their work or job. In home, it takes a lot of time to make food. People try to save their as much as possible. This is probably one of the reasons that people go to restaurants to buy food and not killing a lot of time at home. That’s why restaurants are growing rapidly to make food to satisfy the people’s needs.
People are consuming these food very happily without paying attention whether it is fat or not. As a result people are getting fat and get tired soon. Then they have to go to gym to exercise to control the body. Especially these fat food are affecting our kids and teenagers. We need to stop this habit and practice vise versa, which is making nice food at home as you want and all the time not going to buy fat food from restaurants. If you buy raw goods from market and make food in home, you will not only save a lot of money but also you will have healthy food. It is not wasting time making food at home but it is the time that you invest it for your health. We need to believe that health is wealth and we should avoid eating fat food and have a better, controlled and happy lives.
